伊比利豬有豬肉界勞斯萊斯之美譽，位於肩胛部位，又名梅花肉。

選用西班牙著名Aljomar家族所產的伊比利豬，是來自西班牙伊比利豬最珍貴的豬種;Bellota是需經過

放養8個月以上並吃橡樹子到一定重量後才可食用的最高等級，細緻的肉質中散發出淡淡的迷人榛果香。

特色

1. 油脂分布如大理石一般，肉質極度軟嫩，由於食用橡樹子，肉沒有肉腥味，帶有植物香甜，吃一次便不會忘記。

2. 精切1.5cm完美厚度，只需乾煎即可輕鬆品嘗美味。

3. 厚切4mm可做火鍋也可燒烤，媲美prime牛肉嫩度的肉片，一口咬下的絕妙口感。
